The University of Padova is one of the largest and the oldest in Italy, with considerable experience, infrastructure, and dedicated staff for dissemination purposes. “Il Bò live”, its communication platform, encompasses one of the most-read university magazines in Europe. The Department of Medicine is the largest department of Padova University, covering 19 of the nationally recognised areas of medical research, and having repeatedly qualified amongst the best of the country in terms of both scientific production and medical services. The Clinica Medica V – the ward Professor Montagnese and her team are affiliated with – is both a regional and a national tertiary referral liver centre with an international reputation in both clinical and research hepatology.
Within the DECISION project, Professor Montagnese and her colleagues will work on dissemination, training, communication, exploitation, and guideline development, in which they have considerable experience.
